BT social media case study

  1. I found this a very insightful account of BT’s progress to date. Other ‘big beasts’ are asking similar questions of themselves and taking on similar challenges. I led the first two phases of Digital Dialogues – a series of social media experiments in Whitehall – that I think you would find interesting and, in places, familiar.
